• ACEGAP Architectural Services, is an Architectural Design Service company and a Design Build by Administration.

• Its process is more like the same as implemented by PRBoA Standards of Professional Practice, but inside the ACEGAP the systems is to eliminate the usual "employer to employee" relation were the employee does not benefit more than the employer since that in a Design Company they are all Architects and they have their own approach to the Design, equality is the key factor to an excellent design collaboration with its Designer's and Associate Architects, we believe that there will be no Employer if there will be no Employee.

 

• Background ESTABLISHMENT

• ACEGAP Architectural Services was established by Architect Jan Michael Gonzales Gillera on June 7 2013, a young Architect who had visionary design ideas relating the balance of use of architecture to human and linked its design thru nature.

• His ideas are more on psychological, phenomenological and natural approach to designing an architectural piece, which involves mainly natural surroundings and human environment linked but compartmentalized through the use of design by focusing interiors mainly for human and exterior mainly for nature.

Gillera implements "Find and Do a Project" program, were Member Architects of ACEGAP will not work as employee but will work as the Architect of Record of their own project working on their own office and implement the system of networking marketing industry thru the profession of Architecture without eliminating the Design Philosophy and ideology of AceGap.

GLOBAL SCOPE:

As a member of 360 degrees Architects, a group Architects founded by Arch. Glenn C. Gillera, ACEGAP has its Multinational experienced Consultant experienced in different kind and the most common and uncommon Environmental problem in the community of Architecture, that must be eliminated through the proper design of Architects and be aware of the future users of the Building/ Architecture, were the building is not just a temporary facility of the user it must be long lasting and enable to protect the user from different kinds of Environmental challenges like Typhoon, Sandstorms, Earthquake, Flood and other Calamity that will strike the building as a result of climate change.

LOCAL SCOPE:

ACEGAP Architectural Services applies all the condition and law of the Republic Act 9266 or theArchitecture Act of 2004 to all of its practice. We also apply to our project the Laws and Regulations of National Building Code of the Philippines And the Newly Revised Rule 7 & 8 , the Light and Ventilation application to the building to enhance better condition to the users, application of all Architecture related laws, the application of Universal Design Method, or the BP 344 also known as the Accessibility Law, application of RA 9514 also known as Fire Code of the Philippines as required and the application of GREEN BUILDING Design/the SUSTAINABLE Design in Architecture, TROPICAL DESIGN, ECOLOGICAL DESIGN AND INTELLIGENT DESIGN.
